Ever since watching Disney’s Lady and the Tramp, I was utterly charmed by Lady’s adorable looks. That spark finally came to life in May 2024 when I welcomed my very own American Cocker Spaniel into my home.

As I watched him grow, I couldn’t help but adore his big, flowing ears—though their charm came with a challenge. Those lovely ears would dip into his food or water bowl, getting wet and messy. At best, this led to tangled fur and a whiff of trouble; at worst, it risked skin irritations. Enter the snood—a simple, brilliant fix to keep those ears tidy! But after trying countless options from the market, I found most were plain and uninspired. So, I rolled up my sleeves and started designing unique ear covers just for him.

Soon, word spread. Fellow long-eared dog owners in my community and nearby cities began asking for these practical yet pretty creations. That enthusiasm lit a fire in me, and Uo.oU was born—a brand dedicated to bringing handcrafted, one-of-a-kind snoods to long-eared pups around the globe.

Designing fresh, stylish snoods has become my joy, especially when I see photos of happy dogs rocking their beautiful gear. Here’s to every pup out there—may they live healthy, happy days, one wagging tail at a time!
