To be honest, if your pup has never worn a snood before, it might take a little getting used to at first. They may shake their head or try to paw it off—that’s totally normal

The key is positive reinforcement: give your dog a little treat or praise every time you put the snood on.

Before long, your snood might become their favorite signal for mealtime or walkies—and they’ll be excited to wear it!

Not at all! The snood’s structure is simple—it’s designed to gently hold long ears in place and keep them clean. So in theory, any long-eared breed can wear one.

That includes Basset Hounds, Beagles, Afghan Hounds, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, and more.

However, please note that Uo.oU currently offers just one size, originally designed for Cocker Spaniels. While it may still fit other breeds, the look and fit might vary depending on your pup’s neck length and proportions.

At Uo.oU, we put our resources into sourcing new fabrics rather than restocking old ones. Most fabrics are only available in limited quantities—enough to create around 5 snoods per style. We’re inspired by the joy of discovering beautiful new textures and prints, and that constant creativity is what keeps our little world turning.

For long-eared breeds, a snood is pretty much a must-have.

When they lower their heads to eat or drink, those beautiful ears often fall right into the bowl—getting soaked or covered in food. The same goes for outdoor walks: their ears can drag along the ground, picking up dust, mud, or... even other dogs’ poo (yep, it happens!).

Snoods are designed to gently wrap up the ears and keep them out of the mess. They help keep ears clean, make daily grooming easier, and can even prevent certain ear-related health issues.
